Ringrose you’d imagine, Doris could have the gravitas but not sure if he has history of it. Ryan may not be the obvious choice going forward.
If henderson can stay fit, and with McCarthy on the scene, he’s not the instant starter, unless beirne is now considered as a viable 6 option.
Ringrose is the 13 top dog and now rightly so. I like Doris but it’d be interesting to see whether he’s a possible.

A fine attempt by Ireland to lose the jinx but in hindsight the selection of Sexton added nothing to the performance on the night his kicking from hand was off and his task appear to be shuffling the ball out to the centres . There was a lack of successful creativity in his play .

The second mistake in the selection was the omission of Herring I doubt if Herring would have been held up he strikes lower to line and therefore harder to get under.

Going forward Henderson is not a Captain in waiting he won"t feature at the next world cup but my money would be on a forward for the job rather than a back.

Was going to post similar to rum in that I reckon Herring would have scored that line out drive. Kelleher didn't even raise his head to see where the line is; a good hooker knows where they are in relation to the try line and picks a soft shoulder to get the ball down.

After the first 20, I thought, 'These guys will never play 80 mins.'
Wow!
The Blacks and the Boks will eat the Argies and England for breakfast.

We have watched the de facto semi=finals.

Next weekend is just a couple of warm ups before the final

Did someone forget to tell the Bok players that the URC season starts next weekend and they need to get home to their clubs?

Seems like Ireland and Wales got the memo on Saturday, and Scotland and Italy must have been tipped off a week earlier.

You have to mention the Falklands or similar to get things going on here.

Kelleher is hugely over rated and couldn't hit a cows Brennan with a banjo
