Dharper mentioned that Bordeaux is a good place for a few rugby related sherbets, which it is.
Anyone else got a particular favourite trip?
I‘ve enjoyed them all (bar the results in Dublin), especially Clermont, Treviso and Parma, although Llanelli is an acquired taste!
Hopefully, we’ll get the chance again soon....

Best ones in the league are the Italian ones and Galway. In H Cup, Clermont is excellent as was La Rochelle and Montpellier. Oyonnax was fun.
Of the English ones, Tigers are a good bunch and Bath was excellent. Exeter was good also.
Only need Scotstoun and Llanelli to complete the League NH grounds, no plans to do either any time soon, Monty Boo-urns favourite side and the Welsh who apparently are very friendly towards away fans....NOT

We’ll get you to Glasgow yet Neill.
Skip the ground if you like - lots to do there.
I must visit the Bagpipe Museum next time.

Toulouse in 2007 had shaped up to be one of my favourite trips......until during the match a certain Toulouse player turned nasty....

Did Biarritz a good few years ago - great place and lovely people. Montpellier was also great and even got to see ulster win in France!

I enjoyed Brussels, even though the match was cancelled

Rory's fledgling Sports Tour Company is discussed on another thread.
I don't recommend it. His luxury coach fleet all play "Gyareth" Brooks and Charlie Daniels. Makes for an extremely long round trip to Thomond!

Bath is a lovely city with good rugby people, Leicester and Saints also good rugby people. I've enjoyed anywhere in France bar Biarritz. Have never been to a Welsh side with Ulster but the millennium is probably one of my favourite stadiums to attend

Not the best but the most bizarre was Embra in an essentially empty stadium long before covid!

The last one was great.
Had to leg it back for the train on the previous occasion. I’ve never recovered.

Nobody mentioning Northampton. Couple of great trips there.
Agree about Toulouse and Biarritz, but also Toulon.
