The key is carrying in two hands 100% of the time in open play, expecting the tackle. Only transfer to one hand when absolutely necessary for a hand off or off load. Ball in two hands leaves defenders not knowing what you're going to do making them hesitate and that creates the split second of uncertainty and a potential gap to ghost through like Will Addison. Ball in one hand is a habit that telegraphs your intentions.
I never knew that.

I wonder if RB does? :duck:

Thanks Snipe. :thumleft:

Spoiler Alert - that was sarcasm.
You know I'm always happy to be of assistance. Sometimes stating the entirely obvious is necessary.

School boy rugby back in the day. You got the ball, put it under one wing and ran straight across the pitch. Got to the other touchline and ran back across again. Until someone stepped of the line, grabbed your shirt and swing you to the ground. Muddy knees. Changing rooms stinking of deep heat and linx africa. Jumpers for goalposts...sorry wrong sport. Best days of your life.

Dunno who the "Capt" is so cannot comment.

Even if I did know him, I wouldn't want to comment either.

Go wash yer mouth out . . .

. . . and by the way, for future reference, it's "of course" . . .

. . . but it's coarse if you're referring to yersel.

You have been helped.
