Was talking to some the following day who admitted they had never heard of his set-to with Paddy Bamford.
It's a shame there wasn't a radical, dedicated to the cause of remembering and reminding Ulster fans.

Lest we forget.
Should this be on the senile thread?

Where did we put that, anyway?
Will await Grumps to confirm it was HWM he was speaking to the next day before moving this to the senile thread.

Nope. Twasn't him.

There were lots of them, but Holywood Mike wasn't one of them.

IIRC, BR was in Castre for that match with his "Red Hand holding a pint of Guinness" Fleg, and someone swiped it on him in a bar before the match . . .

. . . or was that Chris with his "In memory of Nevin" Fleg?

Or both?

Or neither?

Am pretty certain one of those went missing, which was annoying because both were custom produced. I think which ever it was, was recovered later though. Both pretty distinctive, so the tea leaf couldn't exactly show it in public without convicting him/her self.

Or was all this a dream? Did Patrick Duffy walk out of the shower somewhere in SouthFrance too?

Adam McKendry@admckendry·
EPCR confirm that Ulster have registered development full-back Shea O'Brien for the knockout stages of the Champions Cup. Don't expect him to see any time but he is available if needs be.

Toulouse play Lyon tonight on Premier Sports @ 8pm

Many of their internationals not starting or on the bench. Interestingly on the bench along side them is a Joshua Brennan. His father apparently played a bit of rugby.

Toulouse are more or less at full strength and are 16 8 down in a tough trip to Castres at the moment.

Scheduling this season is tough. For any team to go all the way in both competitions there are 8 consecutive weeks of full on games to come:
2 euro last 16 games
2 league games
Euro qf
Euro semi
Final regular league game
Euro final
Then...
Another 3 knock games in URC tbc.

Can see leinster keeping large part of squad at home during SA trip. They don't need to flog them.
In saying that, tv should be good!!

Just doing a bit of research ahead of my travels next week.

Seems France has recently discovered beer halls and brewpubs.

The wines of Fronton, just to the north of Toulouse, are noted for their distinctive ‘animal’ character.
