I’d actually say that Limerick is one of the most overtly rugby places that I’ve been to, in terms of shop window presence etc.

Toulouse had a city centre store with a big fridge freezer in club colours which was pretty cool (pun intended).

I think people will need to misinterpret his use of the word 'true' in order to take offence at that. But no doubt some will.

Forwards coach Graham Rowntree has signed a new two-year deal through until 2024 with Munster.

New deals for Loughman, Barron, Zebo, Knox and Jack Daly (2 years) and Healy (1 year).

Previous rumoured target centre Dom Morris at Saracens signed new deal there.

RG Snyman signs two year extension with Munster. Stephen Archer (1 year), Roman Salanoa (3 years), Liam O’Connor (1 year) and Scott Buckley (2 years) also.

F@ck me Munster were Shoite against Castres but they found a way to win yet again, whereas we seem to find ways to lose. Our sports psychologists need to start working some overtime.

Bierne wins another game on his own, Take him out of the team and munster lose that game. Castre huffed and puffed but never looked like doing anything and munster have ridden their luck in Europe but look like being a top seed.

Classic European game involving Castres, a grindfest. Munster likely to be top 2/3 in Pool B. Harlequins in good shape to top it after win in Cardiff.
