Leinster will have 2.
Ulster will have 2.
Munster will have 2.
Yup:

Leinster (Ala'alatoa & Jenkins)
Munster (Snyman & Fekitoa)
Ulster (Carter & Vermeulen)
Connacht (Tuimauga, Fifita, O'Donnell & Porch)
The five year rule has put paid to the project player, I wonder do the IRFU have half an eye on the three year international stand down ruling?

Having played 7s for Oz Ben O'Donnell is NIQ but surely has an Irish parent or grandparent with a surname like that. Theorizing only.

Jack Willis hasn't featured for England in the back row for over a year. Eligible for Ireland in just under two, would the IRFU go in and offer someone like that a three year deal at a province? Think if memory serves me correct you cannot ask a player not to represent a national side as some of the French clubs were trying to enforce this. Would get messy very quickly.

Anyone else out there apart from Willis due to become eligible for Ireland if they completed a stand down period that hasn't played for their capped nation in a while? An Aussie or Kiwi for example that's done a couple of years in France and would be coming to the end of their stand down period.

I know of a few eligible now i.e. Burns Snr and Kieran Brookes but that's not what I'm asking.

George McGuigan, the hooker at Newcastle fits that. Captured by England and last capped in 2016 by the Saxons with Irish Family.

Jack Willis hasn’t played for anyone for a year but it’s an interesting topic.

McGuigan was linked to Munster about six months ago so there may be something in that.

Took Glasgow to win by more than one point last night - bit close for comfort!

Keeps the table nice and tight. Nowt between the top 5 though Leinster should have the advantage if they win their game in hand.

It will be interesting to see how Munster and IRFU deal with this young player.

Hat trick for Zebo v Edinburgh 2s. Bad two weeks for Edinburgh minus their internationals.

Munster and Leinster switch their derbies later in season as Thomond Park is not available on weekend May 20/21 due to Ed Sheeran gig 2 weekends previous. Munster also can't play a home H Cup QF in Limerick as it would be same weekend as Mr Sheeran.

Now Sat Apr 2 7pm Munster v Leinster RTE2 / Premier Sports
May 20/21 Leinster v Munster (Lansdowne Road) TG4 / Premier Sports.

Sounds like Rowntree has a decent chance of being the new Head Coach.

Munster have gone behind against the Lions with 6 minutes to go…..

Two points in it and Munster have three tries in the bank.

Munster failed to show sufficient respect to the opposition. Casual no look passes and failure to defend possession lost the game.
