Filthy f*****g Russians

Waved me Ukrainian fleg for 30 minutes outside the Russian Embassy yesterday afternoon. Placed a sunflower with a Ukrainian ribbon on it at the barrier - currently no gate. About 30 folk there but constant stream of folk leaving and arriving and had brief chat with a few. Two guys threw some eggs, one getting away but the other standing his ground and was still being questioned as I left. Cars tooted as they passed which if is constant must slightly annoy local residents.

Not too bad. It was more an exercise in trying to gauge how to pace myself over a longer timeframe. Bit dehydrated though. Definitely need to take more fluid onboard!
