Bobby B signs contract extension

Another three years for Balacoune.
I have no doubt some of the big teams would have been sniffing around after his recent exploits.

How many caps would he have now if he played for the ladyboys?
Farcical is the word.

Seems hard to believe he was scoring against racing 92 back in the 2018-19 season. If he played in blue he'd be well into double figure caps by now.

Imho he has the skills, speed and nous to be one of the worlds top wingers.
I hope those hamstrings hold up and he has a long and happy career in white. He fits in to our back line perfectly.

Great news. Is it too soon yet to ask who's best between Trimble, Bowe and Baloucoune? Probably is, but in a couple of seasons, all being well, we can start a thread.

Bobby needs to find an antipodean parent to stand a chance in an Ireland Squad

Fantastic news.

Was telling a Toulouse fan on Friday that they needed to watch out for him!

My 80 year old ex Preston Grasshopper dad is a fan.

Think he’s only just realising how good he is.

Bobby I mean.

My dad has always said he was destined for great things but for getting his knee wrecked.

I think I remember your Dad!
And wrecking his knee was a rugby incident. Honest

For me being greedy and wanting the perfect player RB could do with improving his passing (his offloads are good and improving) and coming infield for work.
I’d imagine he’s being told to stay wide, out of traffic and wait for the ball where he’s going to skin 90% of players and finish the job. Marshall/Hume at 13 would facilitate that no probs, for Ire getting a pass out of Ringrose with anything resembling space or half an opportunity to create it and RB ain’t getting brad pitt out out of him.
When things were going south for Stockdale and people mentioning his d/lack of tries, yes the quality of ball by the pack had deteriorated as they couldn’t get over the gainline-but actually what was killing him was Ringrose being a greedy feck and barely passing to him. Once the tries dried up there was no upside to his game/his confidence was shot with the media constantly on his back…..but not James lowes funnily enough. In fact thinking about it a lot of Stockdales tries were essentially self generated - the sooner Hume beds in for ire the better.

Personally I’d keep RB wide to avoid heavy contact/injury but at int level he needs it in the locker to come infield.
Apart from that and maybe improve his kicking (yep I don’t want him doing it either) I reckon he has pretty much all. I think the interception def read g Toulouse when they had an overlap would have got a favourable nod with ire coaches.
