Many TV sets now have a feature called PIP (he has done well for himself since his days here). Apparently it stands for Picture in Picture, and allows you to view a second TV source superimposed onto the one you are currently watching. Like a wee box in the corner.

Anyway, using this facility, one needs to tune into BBC4 on one source and BBC3 on the other. Simple.

Coincidentally, an old mate from Uni contacted me this morning. Haven't seen him in over 20 years but he lives down the road from Sale :thumleft:

When was the last time we played Sale?

Never played Sale Sharks.

I'm 99% confident we never played the original Sale club either.

Cabl ... ahh bugger!

Certainly not in the professional era.

And almost certainly not in the amateur days either. A fixture against a North of England select used to be a fairly common event back in the day. That may have been played in Sale and included a few boys from Sale FC but that's it I think?

Aye,.played plenty against Lancs. But I believe Sale is Cheshire.

I see Scarlets have the Cheetahs in the Bic. Some joined up thinking could allow them to play 3 games in SA. Won't happen, like, but it could.
