Must be even more imminent now.

I’ve worked out how to deal with the situation in the meantime.

Don’t think I really need to go to Glasgow again so that flight money is going on a one way ticket to Venice for the Benetton game.

Hopefully, someone from the EPCR (or Neill) will let me know what day to turn up in La Rochelle as I make my way from the Adriatic to the Bay of Biscay.

Dunno how yet, although an episode of Blackadder II springs to mind.

As and when fellas, as and when.

Never been to Lyon so I think I’ll head there from Treviso.

Word of others flying to lovely Ljubljana (where I saw REM and had breakfast with Mike Mills. Well, we used the same buffet).

So has been 3 months since the draw, and they confirmed the fixtures minus day/time within 3 weeks, now only just over 2 months till round 1. What are they doing in Switzerland?

As I'm sure Grumpy will confirm, it's closer to 14 months before this kicks off.! Plenty of time.

Off topic - you think the Swiss are trying to decide if Lions and Treviso should get 5 points walk overs or just 4?

RTÉ will televise eight free-to-air Heineken Champions Cup matches this season, including the final, after securing live broadcast rights to a select number of games for the next two seasons. RTÉ has confirmed that it will broadcast the following games live and free-to-air on RTÉ Two television and on RTÉ Player for seasons 2022/2023 & 2023/2024. ITV showing the free games in UK - same 1 game/round package for those two years.

Sunday 11 December: Munster Rugby vs. Stade Toulousain, 1515 kick-off
Friday 16 December: Leinster Rugby vs. Gloucester Rugby, 2000 KO
Saturday 14 January: Munster Rugby vs. Northampton Saints, 1515 KO
Saturday 21 January: Leinster Rugby vs. Racing 92, 1515 KO

RTÉ will broadcast live coverage of one game from each subsequent round up to and including the final in Dublin on Saturday, 20 May, 2023.

RTE have jumped the gun and gone early with TBC on official site, must be soon!

BT Sport to show all games for seasons 2022/23 & 2023/24.

Who knows, ITV may show same game in UK. They have taken over the UK rights. Same package - 1 game/round.

There were no Ulster Heineken games on Irish FreeTo Air tv when Virgin Media had the deal.
