Ha ha, if the RFU current proposals out for consultation has two 10 team professional leagues Premier 1 and 2 comes to pass, then the game in will be very different in England, no idea if it will happen, end of this year is decision day seemingly.

Proposals being brought forward will apparently include a 10 team Prem 1 a 10 team Prem2 and "franchises " will be available in Prem 2 for the likes oof Wasps, Worcester, London Irish, Ealing, Jersey etc to bid for. Areas where the franchises will be based include Birmingham and Southampton and Kent!!!!

Dumb halfwits are looking at large areas of population as assuming they will all pay big bucks to turn out and watch second division rugby in areas where there is litle in the way of rugby being played to even National 2 level, bonkers, they need to put more tonic in the Gins me thinks.
