Seems Finn Russell was just old skool dropped it seems, well according to official statements. Scots taking advantage of the 3 year rule to cap ex Aussie International Jack Dempsey. Rory Sutherland in Scotland squad, but as he is not based in Scotland, Ulster don't have to release him for the Scotland Australia test next week as it is outside the official test window.
