I haven't seen any mention of URSC on the "And today, joining the underground ....." thread, nor have I heard of them holding an EGM. I wasn't aware they held an AGM via zoom - I'm surprised they even managed the technology to hold a zoom meeting

All this leads me to believe, they haven't gone away (you know)

But what would I know?

Gerald (since you seem to have the constitution to hand) does it not say something about an AGM needing to be held within a certain timeframe?

My reading (without actually reading the rest) is that an EGM is only one (obviously the preferred) route to dissolution.
