Just for fun, I thought I'd try to sign up via the facebook page. Let's see what happens.

They sent out free masks to members during Covid but no other discernible signs of life.

I think technically it has, due to covid.

Whether there is the ability or interest to reinvent a supporters club remains to be seen.

Didn't they have an AGM not so long ago?

Did they? I thought they missed at least one during covid.

I got an email from them last season re voting for player of the year, but I don't think I got anything about an AGM

Aye - I'm guessing they are screwed as per their constitution and will have wound up and passed any cash surplus to the branch.

Shame - there were some people worked very hard to make the URSC happen in effectively a thankless task. Probably a antiquated concept in todays consumer world, so I doubt they ever would have achieved the heights they once did, but I can't help thinking we will be poorer for their ultimate demise.
