What would happen in rugby?

A team wins a final by less than 7 pts after defending their tryline in the last minute and it subsequently transpires that they had 16 on the pitch for the last play.

Probably depends if it was Ulster of course :lol:

Ulster would need more than 16 to win in that situation so couldn't be them.

If nobody from the officiating team or opposition notices, then it's fair game. With 27 coaches in rugby these days one should be noticing an extra sneaking on.

Apparently ulster have or had a skills coach .

True
Different in GAA of course. As often as not the coaching staff would be otherwise engaged in a touchline mass brawl.

GAA has to get its disciplinary procedures sorted out. Too many brawls,too many referees being assaulted and too many suspensions cut back to a minimal level.
