Bulls could get past Munster too, sending the Turnips to Belfast…
Glasgow playing the 1st XV, no resting of players.

Big-al wrote: Fri Apr 21, 2023 6:12 am By my reckoning if everything goes to plan, then we’ll be playing Sharks in the QF.

We could have had easier draws!!!
Glasgow team selection v Connacht will be interesting. Go strong OR play the 2s ahead of the Parker Pen next week.
Perhaps.

I’m going for a BP win Bulls, BP Sharks, win for ulster and win for Glasgow.

Connacht really don’t want to finish 8th either, they need a win, or they will be going to Dublin.
8th also misses out on H Cup for sure, 6th / 7th might also depending on who wins the Challenge Cup / URC.

Aki and Hansen missing could well scupper Connacht.

Bulls smashing leinster 3rds. Means they'll finish 5th or 6th . If Munster beat Sharks then ulster will play Connacht if I am right. If Sharks win then it will depend on how Connacht fare at Glasgow

My large gut says Sharks- Bulls are predictable, Connacht we have their number- Sharks less predictable if their big guns actually turn up. Give me Bulls or Westies

Would want Leinster to play Bulls or Sharks  they seem to have closer games against the big Saffer packs, going the arms wrestle route.
They'd hump the Westies.

Would want the Westies also.

I fear 2 Saffer teams in a row would do for us, especially injury wise but it's on the cards

Leinster should be kicked out of the competition for effectively forfeiting this game ;)

It's getting dangerous tbh. Bulls are going in without lube. Playing Sweet Caroline during play is totally disrespectful- ya gotta despise the Saffers- classless.

No idea Merv. Weegies fans are as bad as Saffers-. Nastiest place I've watched Ulster. At least Dave parade they hate everyone. I actually like Dragons fans. Weegies have a special distaste for us - seen more stand offs and spoiling for a scrap at Scotstoun than anywhere other than Toulouse... :duck:
Always puzzled me that. It's like some residual Old Firm thing in their Heid. Don't know why- you'd think we'd much in common, being about 100 miles apart and the trad links

Munster now need something from the sharks game to go above the bulls into 5th. If they get that then barring a BP win for the westies it will be connacht or the sharks for us.
