The answer is obviously “no”. I don’t think it’s the correct question to be asking, however.
The real question is “Could anyone achieve better than the current infrastructure, given the financial constraints and operating within IRFU policy?”

According to the poll the majority do not think we are brill. Therefore we identify as not brill. At least no-one's willy needs to be chopped off.
