Getting in ahead of any complaining with a few puff pieces about how great the new pitch will be

New 3G pitch should suit our attacking young backs - Nathan Doak https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/67208842

I was against Ulster’s new artificial pitch... but I’m impressed: Jacob Stockdale https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/spor ... 42250.html

Most worrying bit is Doak highlighting how it makes defending more difficult, not great when all signs are defending on live grass was almost too tall an order last week

Has he been to the Kingspan?

"Former All Black Steve Devine says he would rather pick up dog s**t than watch England play rugby.

England narrowly lost out to South Africa last weekend in the Rugby World Cup semi-final. Steve Borthwick's Red Roses lost by a single point in a 15-16 scoreline, with 'Bok Handre Pollard nailing the game-defining penalty late on in the piece."

That reminds me. Would anyone going to the game, mind checking to see if Trap 2 got a much needed pre-season clean-out?
