It doesnae mention the one I'm on, the doc said I could have a dram but nae getting hammered, which to be fair is not a thing I do any more, so a large Single Malt may well pass my lips ay Christmas and New Year.

A good friend of mine died on Saturday morning in hospital-- complications of bowel cancer his son has MS his daughter has breast cancer .

In this season of Merry Christmas be generous to the Friends of the Cancer Centre.
