Anyways, my underlying point is that there is latent talent outside of the usual suspects that IR are making no attempt to leverage

It’s not unlike the situation with cricket in England, in that a very disproportionate number of top players went to fee paying schools, whilst the oiks fill their time playing truant, listening to rap music and stabbing each other (or whatever it is young people get up to these days).

The ground where I used to play was sold off by my old school yonks ago.
