We lack physicality in defence and attack in the pack, and have done for quite some time.

When we had Coetzee, we had him and possibly Hendy (when he played his 4 or 5 games a year) that could deliver it, but everyone else was soft.

We need to bring in guys to the pack that will run through brick walls. And we need 8 of them.
