Official. A true warrior, incredibly unlucky with injuries and criminally underused the last season or so when we need warriors and leaders by example.

Enjoy a healthy well earned retirement :salut: :red: :red:

Sad times, he was one of the best at U20 level. Was given a dud Scape goat role by Kidney for Ireland and suffered some pretty bad injuries. Hope he enjoys his retirement.

Top top player on his day.
Anyone know what he's likely to do in the future? Qualified in anything?

Thanks for the memories Luke!

He played 10 for Ballymena the day we bate Munster in Limerick in the QF. Madness by McGlocks :duh:
To have him and Nevin as back up to Cave and Paddy shows the depth We had in midfield.

Top player. Warrior indeed. I remember some games during the Les Kiss era where he was literally ulster's sole competent defender . Like Andrew Trimble he always gave it his all, good days or bad.

Wish him an injury free happy next stage of his life.

Thanks for the memories , passion and commitment Luke. :salut:

Maybe he could sort out Ulster's finances.

I first saw him play at the Official Pitch opening game for the Aviva in an Ulster/Leinster U20s team and both him and Nevin were brilliant. He was a class player who always gave 100% for the team. Best of luck for the future :fleg: SUFTUM

To brave for his own good in his early days and had some bad injuries which took toll of his pace and cost him many Irish caps forwards make it past 30 easier than backs and training for a seat on the bench loses its appeal quickly . Enjoy the future but watch the calories!!!

If it wasn't for injuries I think he'd have a long list of Ireland caps.
