Well, anyone a member of any gyms?
I'm at Fitness First N'abbey, as is a certain Jackie Brown...
Reckon those that are at the gym should have a UAFC 'work out'..

I am also a member at Fitness First Newtownabbey. It's handy to pop in on the way to work or zip over at lunchtime for a 'quickie'.
Don't do any of their 'classes' though - except circuits.

Gerry, there were a couple of lads in there, but you're right, the majority of the people in there were female.
Most of whom, may I add, were pretty cute and had nice wee bums!
