Windows Media Player is required.
Mine came within the XP operating system.
Version 11 is available for download from the video page although I am running the videos using Version 10 and all is fine.

Any version of windows media player right back to version 5 will work, any problems Al take a look at and post in this thread forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7548cables wrote:Windows Media Player is required.
