Young Robbie is a brilliant signing IMHO if true. At U20 level he looked outstanding, and we need someone who can cover 10/15 with ease as we're gonna be pretty depleted at times now with Payne and Jacko being certs for Leinster training camps.

I don't buy this thing about him being wasted in the row. A guy with his skills and mobility in the row would be a fantastic thing. If he can do the donkey work and do his share of carrying, offloading and remains the same rangy runner he is today. why would we want a guy with lesser skills? Think Ian Jones or John Eales that’s how good this guy can be. He’s special I tell ye special.

Doubt it.

Josef know fine well that Paynes best positon is 15. There was a lot of talk about him being shunted to 13, but as we have seen he is simply a good 13, no better than Cave. I think JJH may be the man to slot into 13.
