Heineken cup final tickets

Post by firebell53 »

According to Erc e.mail as of today almost 40000 tickets for the final have been sold. What surprised me was the allocation of tickets the two finalists get, the e.mail States that finalists share an allocation of 12000 tickets. Tickets are selling fast and Erc expect all tickets on general release to be sold before the semi final matches. Also I am informed that Munster and Leinster supporters along with other teams have purchased thousands of tickets for the final. Just something for ulster supporters to think about. I purchased tickets in October2013.

So up to 60000 Munster and Leinster fans paying to watch Ulster in the final. Fair play. :fleg:

Thanks for the heads up.

Got tickets and flights - it's the accommodation that is proving very difficult.

If you arrive on the day & leave the next, accommodation strictly optional, on visits to Caaaaaaaaadiff finals twice I've been out all night in various hotels arriving back at mine for breakfast.

All that is required is the constitution of a mature adult Ox & the ability to stand when pished :stout: Oh aye, and a tightener of a meal a couple of hours after the final whistle will stand to you.

Or for the less hardy, follow Yoda's advice.

Flying to Birmingham, 2 day car hire, b&b travelodge Gloucester and tickets for match total for 2 people was £320, well chuffed. I booked this in October after away win in france. For those without accommodation try bbj he should have plenty of room in his house, mrs bbj and kids will no doubt be back home.

Flights that I booked in October for£47.50 are now £105.50 per person, so flight bargains are few.

Guys I have booked 7 rooms in the Ibis Cardiff city centre 2nights 23rd May to 25th May. Cost is £216.50 per room. I can no longer go (baby coming around that time) but I should be able to transfer them (not sure never tried) or I can cancel them for free but the rates will probably go up. PM me if interested and I will try help in return for pints.
