Re: Player rotation for the next 2 months:

You are simply resting player you rate as important, even though some are only back to playing after RWC  Muller has hardly played. Makes no sense. He's not suggesting resting Muller, ya clampit.  Muel ler doesn't contribute much any way, he's a bit of a fruit corner How da...

Re: What's Comical Eddie up to?????

EOS becoming our backs coach would be on a par with George Osborne becoming our accountant. Neither of which I'd be happy with.

Re: 1F Fit for Action

Trimble blatently missed a tackle on Lee Byrne. Don't forget the high balls Danielli caught too ;-)

Cheers for the info guys. Was it the same prop that 1F boshed moments later maybe? Even changed direction to deliberately target him.

Re: Nerves = shot

Anyone on the Terrace able shed some light on what happened with P3 and Rory when they scored their try? Seem to be a big reaction on the Terrace and both those looked mighty drunk at the ref. Rory was at the bottom of a ruck and the Georgian mule Zirakashvili seemed to be on top of him and at his ...

Re: Nerves = shot

Absolutely awesome game! That pack will not be bullied by any other in this competition. What a break from D'arcy, I had a perfect view from the prom side and he has some gas. When he was coming on I was thinking he had filled out and clearly the gym time has paid off. As Fuzzy says though, I'm buyi...

Re: Afoa starts

D'arcy is a guy who has actual credible talent and ability with genuine attributes to be a good player. However he also has the history of making monumental and very very costly errors this season and last. The point is you don't know when one may come again, he might not have one for the rest of th...

Re: Afoa starts

Neil who exactly is being fickle? I was making the point that people are standing by him despite his affinity to make bad choices. I never supported him for an Ireland call and clearly Ulster don't either as they've hired 2 players to ensure he doesn't start. I nor his supporters are being fickle.

Re: Afoa starts

I personally don't get the unconditional support for Darcy. In his last start he made a catastrophic error and gifted the opposition a try. Danielli is not the greatest option yet he's a better option than someone who consistantly makes unforced blunders. This isn't the game to hope that he suddenly...

Re: Injury rules Ruan Pienaar out of Ulster team

I'm no expert at all on this but I injured my hamstring a few months ago. I was told the tricky part about coming back to playing sport again is knowing when it is fully healed. I think there are 3 grades of hamstring injury with a full on tear being grade III. i am assuming he only has a grade I in...

Re: Who's gonna win next?

we will win well I would like to hope so too Baggy. I feel the main issue has been a lack of cohesion within the team coupled with the penalty count also being a major stumbling block. The return of the WC heroes didn't exactly workout quite like we'd hoped, ie with a win. I do however, hope, that ...

Re: Afoa may play for us this Weekend

We have to give him time to read through Ulster's gameplan, so he may not make Saturday's match. Maybe Youngman could email him an advanced copy.
