Folks, the rest of the conversation confirmed my original view. Scrumstretcher and Boomshanka should be able top confirm this. I think MR's problem was that, maybe being of the old school and from amateur days, he hadn't realised this new-fangled idea of following your team. Probably thought that wa...

I think the rather inactive nature of the URSC section on the website is rather more to do with only one person being trained in how to operate the thing. He then resigned. :(

Borders, I think it was, a couple of years ago. Took one or two Grousebeaters by surprise. He asked what we were doing there!

Nah Grumps, you can take the credit - I only explained how to cook Cockatrices. Or should that be "cockatricia" or maybe even "cocksatrice"?

There was a slight misprint in the recipe over there - I never mentioned K F C (honestly Rooster honestly)

I will forward my next culinary delight as soon as possible - poached brain of ballpark. Tis an easy one - there's nothing to it

Basically correct CT. you know the problems we had trying to make people aware of the events. I remember one opportunity being missed when UR sent an advert out to all our members about a discount on jerseys or something. We could have put a flyer in with this if we'd known. Re the MOU, did you not ...

Suspect that's the way IR would like to keep it - means they can decide what happens rather than UR. Maybe allows EOS to have some sort of say in our team selection? Thinking Maggs here. Would we prefer a club in its own right, with a Board of Directors putting money into the business? Would this me...

When we were winning early in the season, Steinmetz and Maggs were in the centre and Trimble on the wing. Now I know Trimble is really a centre, but he, and the team, were playing rather well. Should McC go back to that formation. Or would EOS have kittens and insist on a change? I suppose we are st...
