Banditt - you could argue that the part-timers are coming out and staying out in increasing numbers.

This is our second CL Sell-out this year ( I don't think we've sold out a CL game before this season), we also had crowds of over 9,000 in several more CL games and sold out all 3 home HEC games. Average attendance must be up by over 1,000 this year at least. :D

i think celtic league attendances will steadily increase... there has been momentum in this area... the glasgow attendance can just be put down to new year blues i guess

i take it we're top of the attendance league at the mo?

Banditt,

They are doing so with increasing regularity. This season’s average gate, friendlies excepted, is currently 10,258. This is up 3,209 on the same stage last year, when we were averaging 7049. An increase of 45%

Now you must admit – that is progress.

PS - the Glasgow game was on a Saturday

Atmosphere!!!

Tonight we're gonna sing the Fields of Athenry towards the end, you know, game in the bag an' all that.

Remember "Swing low sweet chariot" and Martin Johnston?

I just love it.

Deadball - wud u tend to agree that there is a possibility that the increased attendance figures mite on balance be, to some extent and/or to a certain degree, the result, at least in part, of the efforts of the URSC Committee????

I would have to decline to comment due to, now several, attempts on my life.
