Ruaidhri Murphy
Ulster Rugby have signed 26 year-old loosehead prop, Ruaidhri Murphy, from the Brumbies on a two-year contract.
Dublin-born Murphy has represented Ireland at schools’ under-19 and under-20 level and was part of the Ireland under-20s squad that won the Grand Slam in 2007.
He came through the Leinster Academy before moving to England where he spent two seasons with the Exeter Chiefs. In 2012 he joined the Brumbies where he has made 20 appearances so far.
Murphy will link up with Ulster in August at the end of the current Super Rugby season.

Having seen absolutely nothing of him I take a bit of satisfaction that Jake White seemingly rated him.
Any positive reports of him from people who have seen him play?

Must be noted that he underwent knee recon mid 2013 & hasn't
played a lot since.

Re: Ruaidhri Murphy
The tele on friday were reporting he was unavailable for hinch as he'd broken down again in training earlier in the week. Presumably hamstring again. Not sure whether he is out of contract at the end of the seasonCornerfleg wrote:Slightly related ... is Paddy Mac any closer to playing again?
Macklin has been back playing for the Ravens and Dungannon since Christmas I think but hasnt managed to dislodge Ricky Lutton in the pecking order
