Probably his management made that, same as most players do.
If he has the dedication of Stephan then he will be a huge asset

Obviously a highlights reel isn't representative of the player as a whole, but he does seem good: muscular going into contact, and happy enough to ruck if needs be. Similar to Trimble in those ways, which is no bad thing.
Doesn't pass as much as Payne when on counter-attack, but let's be honest: we've been spoiled by the platform Jared offers us on counter-attack.
It's the hope that kills you.

A lot of games he played at 15 the Sharks had reduced capabilities in the backs ... JP was away, they had Bosman (rubbish) Hoffmann (dung) Jordaan had't come through and while Mvovo has jet shoes only this year has he developed as a player, Ndungane is twice the player he was this season. Franny Styen wasn't there Viljoen was good but slow, and FFS they had Freddie and Andy Goode for some games ... feck it was hard watching at times.
Sharks had a huge agile pack and they played for contact. Louis can pass and offload dont worry about that.
Some of those shots are a bit like what would Payne do if Bowe, Trimble, Olding, Cave and Marshall were out!!!!

Just saw a strange thing in a restaurant. A cowboy, a doctor and a lion cub sharing a meal.

Didn't like to look too close. The lion seemed a bit wary.

Starsky, I'm a simple soul with a sadly over worked brain and you are being too cryptic for me. Who was the lion cub in question?

Russ was spot on. Couldn't believe it when he turned around and I saw who it was. Obviously I can't say that he has signed but they were at least negotiating.
