Our street was invaded by Jehovah's witnesses yesterday. Mrs BM toul them to stop fretting about the afterlife and start enjoying the one they had. Good advice for a Sunday afternoon I thought.

??? - is this thread genuinely about seeing shooting stars???

These are a common enough phenomena (do-do-de-do-do) shirley? To be seen on any clear night. Or am I missing something?

Baggy - I would have thought your trips to UT would have provided excellent star gazing.

Shooting stars aren't stars at all.
Neither do they shoot (no matter what they might say) they just crash and burn.
