Knock on by England ignored. Poor officiating.

Ladies & gentlemen, home teams are important to tournaments.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Did May jump into the tackle leading up to that try?

Just replayed that bit, commentator said "he got on his ladder to get to the try line".

Previously at the very start of the move on 79:52 England knocked on on the left hand side.

There's not much to capture the imagination before the French game. Hard to muster a feck or two for the marra.

A is potentially the most competitive group in the history of the RWC. I sincerely hope thon BP doesn't play a part in the final reckonings.

The reason you thought that is because that's what happened. The referee gave England a lot of latitude. May's jump into the tackle was another fairly clear home town decision.
