Thinking outside the box here but given how good a coach McGlocks is, it's strange he hasn't been considered to coach Ulster

Has that rule ever been enforced?
Young Munster must have been paying their SA 9 mega money
Think Hinch could do with some backrow signings instead with a couple having to retire and the best 7 in the league going to Belvo

will they not have to find the new England U18 fly-half signed from Bath (not Rosslyn Park) a team to play for…

Prob go to Ballymena, Windsor will prob still be staying with hinch. Zack McCall is being sent back to Queens by order of ulster. The branch also pulled the plug on 2 queens players joining Hinch. Maybe Queens is the future of ulster club rugby in ulsters eyes

It will be interesting to see what happens with the Quins' players in the 'the Ulster set up ', now that Quins have been relegated to 2A . ie will they be immediately re routed by UR to a Division 1 club as I understand happened with Malone players in a similar position last season , or will Quins be allowed to retain them in the hope of helping Quins make an immediate return to 1B , as I understand may have happened in the recent past when another long established/ well connected club was relegated to 2A?
PS I know Belfast Harlequins is a relatively recently established club following the amalgamation of NIFC and Collegians RFC but I would assume there are still plenty of well connected 'Chaps' around from both legacy clubs

All sides in 2A (Quins, Bann, Malone & QUB) are to be assigned Ulster players for next season. Queens certainly seem to be the focus for Ulster as they believe they should be similar to Trinity and UCD. Probably worth noting that all the QUB sides have failed to field a team at some stage this year and forfeited fixtures, not the ideal structure of a club to be the focus of the future for Ulster Rugby.

Armagh getting Ali Birch and Bann getting Michael Cromie returning from Rotherham will be important signings for both those clubs.

Very Interesting to note that Trinity beat both Hinch and Ballymena in the AIL , and UCD in the 'Colours match' , yet do not have ANY Academy /Provincial players in their squad, unlike the other 3 clubs !!! Not a great recommendation for the Ulster Academy setup ??? Maybe UR should recruit the Trinity coach for the Academy
