It must be true, I read it in a newspaper.

If we make as many mistakes as we did at Treviso, the Tiller Girls back line will cause us problems.
Still think we'll be strong enough at home, to send them home with scarlet arses.
Will Charlie be available for the second best Backline in Europe?

On paper the Scarlets have a dangerous backline but at the moment Cardiff could come through as a major threat .

A couple more wins and some confidence could take them far .

Once a Welsh side loses confidence it can implode but with it a team which should be feared

One thing we've by and large sorted is fielding restarts- Roger take a bow. Two years ago we were vulnerable to them no matter who we played....[/quote]

Need to work on more short and varied restarts of our own.
Each restart should be a contest to win the ball back..

Herron seemed to be trying to do just that. We won at least one.

Is that why they scored 1 try in their first match and none in the second ?

HWM did not get where he is today by wasting money on underkeks!

A wins a Win i guess, scrappy fair all the same.

Was there a tactically switch near the end of the match, got the impression they were cutting Herron out of plays and playing of Olding?

Whatever the nay sayers cry on about the back row is looking ok. It's not what we would want to be using all year but it should get us by until Christmas. The is real competition between Diack, Wilson and Ross. They have all shown they can do a job on the day so fingers crossed the competition will bring the best out in them.

I'm slightly more worried about our back row next week. Doing ok against the Dragons and Treviso is one thing. Facing the dual breakdown threat of James Davies and John Barclay is another thing entirely.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

Agreed Ruck, Scarlets will be buoyed by the fact that they beat us at home last season in the league and they do have a good backline if it clicks will cause a lot of damage especially with James Davies playing who is probably the best 7 in the league, and we struggle in the scrum against them as well.
