Munster Away Sat 15th Apr
Our Limerick cousins are well ahead of time, tickets for this game on Easter Saturday (3pm Kick Off) are on sale at:
http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/guinness- ... rcatid=225
There is no specific Ulster allocation for this game. May struggle to get a the night before

It will be too late to resurrect our season by then.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Indeed pubs shut on Good Friday in the South. Makes our archaic opening hours at that time of the year seem forward thinking....Russ wrote:No booze I assume

Hmmm. I hadn't twigged it was Easter. Anyway Sat/Sun flights booked. Not been to TP before.
Do we stand on the East Terrace?

I may be wrong, though seldom am, but do I not recall the last Munster home game at Easter got special dispensation for licensing? Shan should be able to clarify .......the drunken scut.Neill_M wrote:Indeed pubs shut on Good Friday in the South. NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

The issue would be the day before the game, not the actual game - business as usualBaggyTrousers wrote:I may be wrong, though seldom am, but do I not recall the last Munster home game at Easter got special dispensation for licensing? Pro 12 have scheduled the Westies Mexicans game for the Good Friday night, so there no doubt there will be special licenses applied for in Galway.

Currently 2 of us heading down by train on Good Friday and staying fri/sat/sun in some reasonably central Airbnb.
Think its West Terrace for the tickets as usual but none bought as yet - tickets looks like 20 euro. Not bad.
A win that day against Munster will presumably secure us a home semi-final play off. Happy days indeed.

Well if the pubs are shut on the Friday it's probably a good idea to drink on the train down and then stagger to the Opera on the Friday night with a hipflask as backup. Useful link - https://www.limerick.ie/custom-search-p ... e=&=Search

Re: Munster Away Sat 15th Apr
Feeling a good bit more confident about this wee trip after last weekend. We are out of Europe and can concentrate on the Pro12. Munster play Toulouse weekend of 1st April and hopefully win, they then are at home in the Pro12 to Glasgow weekend of 8th April and then they play us on the 15th April which will hopefully be just one week away from them playing in the European Cup semi-finals on 22nd April. A window of opportunity for us? Ponder and believe.
