EPISODE 29 is live and early this week for you to listen to!
On the agenda:
- A new coach in Dan McFarland
- A new TV deal from Premier Sports
- A draw in Limerick
- A statement on banners at Kingspan
- A mixed week for clubs
Due to time constraints due to discussing Dan McFarland and the Premier Sports deal, plus us having no game next week to discuss, we are going to do a Listener Question Special next week and tackle all the questions asked this week and over the next seven days. So everyone who has submitted a question this week will have it considered for next week's special.
Take a listen and fire through your feedback as always!
The official line appeared to be that if ain’t an Ulster flag or perhaps another flag in support of our imports (i’m going to bring a Lionel flag along when 2MP starts the first game of next season), then it ain’t coming in.

Was talking to a bystander from the Glasgow game. A man not unfamiliar with antagonistic stand-offs (no not Owen Farrell), he was saying it was very close to kicking-off when the stewards moved in and he was pleased that they had the sense not to push it.
Sorry boys I can no longer listen to you, however, I have a question for your next session:
Just how untenable is the position of that cocksucking liar of a heinous kunt Terry Slogan, supposed CEO, in reality, a lying worm of a man, who likes to represent caving in to sponsor diktat as a moral decision, albeit, his own peculiar style of morals.
I'm much less moral, indeed I almost match the white-liveredbastard in terms of being vengeful, so as a follow-up, do you know of any terminal illness, other than life, that Terry may have that will with a bit of luck, kill him off before the start of next season?
I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of right thinking Ulstermen & weemin would welcome his early death............. or resignation, whichever comes first for the sanctimonious contemptible worm of a man who is without honour.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
Hadn't listened to the pod casts of late but went back through them and heard your comments about Shane Logans shocking interview coinciding with the Scotland game.
Enjoyed that.
You all seemed befuddled about what exactly constituttes Ulsters rugby culture.
I'll happy enlighten you as to what I think it is.
Firstly you are representing more than a country when you put on the red hand- literally.
With that comes a pride and instant connection with every Ulster Rugby fan.
We are more than just a club.
Secondly we are driven by our rugby history.
Some of the greatest players in history have put on the shirt.
Players need reminded of the footsteps they are following in.
Saw a photo of an Ulster Rugby side in the 60s and of the 15 players 7 were British Lions and 6 were test.
That back in the day of only 30 players touring and no subs were allowed.
Our style from those days on were always based around hard-nosed farmer types in the front 5 with always brilliant back rows causing havoc accompanied with clinical finishing back lines.
Uncompromising would be the word I would use to sum up our style.
Some of our previous signing were the epitome of this word and our culture, thinking of Harrison, Muller, Wanneburg, Williams, Botha and Kempson.
We were a great fit for these types.
Nowadays this is the difference.
We have lost our identify.
Our sides that were littered with quality guys are now a team made up of also rans.
Some of the guys currently in the Ulster squad would not have got in our top club sides in yesteryear.
We are now scrimping around the other provinces looking at their cast offs to bridge a quality gap as we can't produce them.
So at the minute I would describe our culture as 'Leinster lite.'
That's all of course without mentioning the car crash which is our management.
They are creating a wedge between support and the side and both need each other.
This has been discussed at length on here as you are aware I'm sure.
The pro 14 going to Premier is a disaster for Ulster as it's out of sight out of mind for most I would have thought..
Ulster are probably currently better to watch on text to be fair..
