Bizarrely, Ireland is now the only team whose championship title destiny is entirely in their own hands.

Technically one could argue this is not true. COVID-19 is holding a card...big mervyn wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 8:58 pm Bizarrely, Ireland is now the only team whose championship title destiny is entirely in their own hands.

It’ll all be over soon. It can’t survive much longer now that it has come into contact with a Tory Cabinet Minister.

How much rugby is likely to be played in the next 10 weeks?

Makes more sense to suspend players for a number of games (excluding frendlies), rather than a number of weeks?big mervyn wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 10:14 pmHow much rugby is likely to be played in the next 10 weeks?

Re: 6N 2020
The WR disciplinary code is written with suspension penalties in weeks so there is no other way to express a suspension.solidarity wrote: ↑Fri Mar 13, 2020 2:54 pmMakes more sense to suspend players for a number of games (excluding frendlies), rather than a number of weeks?big mervyn wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 10:14 pmHow much rugby is likely to be played in the next 10 weeks?
I'm assuming "weeks" means playing weeks, so with the season on hold, the clock should stop running on suspensions until play resumes.
Re: 6N 2020
I see the Wales v Scotland game has finally been postponed. Thankfully this has happened as I would have watched the game despite knowing in advance it would have been torture.
