I'm not particularly close to it, but had been under the impression that things had gotten a lot better when Anderson and Campbell were in charge. Though one has now retired and the other moved on. Always liked the notion of Andersons categorisation of players into the four W's, warriors, winners, waverers and one more...

Wonder where he put himself! Any improvement will have been down to other factors (probably luck!) rather than Andersons coaching based on the various accounts I’ve heard over the years!

As said, have no knowledge of Andersons coaching. Think one thing he was supposed to be quite big on though was attitude, which I've seen cited as a difference between us and Leinster.

A bumper crop came through the academy while they were there, but how much of a catalyst they were for that is perhaps up for debate.
