Getting to Twickers...

Post by Beattiespastie »

Just got my ticket from Ravers for the final but now the hard part...getting to the final. Is there ANY alternative to flying to London..Is there any chartered ferry and coaches heading that way or am I taking my chances with the online lottery that 's posted on the Ulster site ( package 2) which only has 50 places? Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated. :D

Sitting in a pub in Dublin trying to work out a way to do it for less than £400-ish each and not having a great deal of success.

Try flying to Liverpool / Manchester / Birmingham intl. and getting a train down.

Try www.skyscanner.net for flights and www.thetrainline.com for train tickets

No significant saving there when all's taken into account. I have one relly in London and he's in fecking Dublin the weekend of the game... Typical.

Booked Easyjet flights this morning to gatwick Dep 18 May 2012 19:20 Ret 20 May 2012 21:25 for £200.
Hotel near Liverpool St for £100 a night.

Sorted.

btw If you don't mind roughing it and a marathon trek, you can get a National Express coach from Europa bus station to London Victoris for £48 return.

A long distance coach with me aboard will make one of two stops to drop me off. A&E or the clink.

Try a rail and sail package from Stena. Long journey but grand with a large carry out and supplies. Shouldnt be more than £100.
