Checked the Biarritz website:

http://www.bo-pb.com/

No mention of any signing of Neil Best in the News section - and he is not listed as a player.

I checked there and everywhere else I could think of too moondance but found nothing. Youngman seems very sure of himself though. Perhaps he will cite a source.......

Emmet Byrne almost said it on Friday night on Setanta and then moved on quickly.
“That made me feel very special and underlined to me that Ulster is more than a team, it is a community and a rugby family"

Source takes it from rumour and speculation into verifiable fact. Is there a press release or statement anywhere?

I don't doubt your integrity YM but if it were published somewhere it might help. I'm not askling you to reveal your source if it's just a verbal because that would still just be hearsay anyway and we'd be no closer to closing the issue.
