Injury-doubt Nick Williams is also included and his chances of being involved now appear good.

Ulster coach Mark Anscombe said on Tuesday that the flanker's chances of playing were "60-40" in favour.

Williams is said to have responded well to treatment and a decision on his fitness will be made later in the week.

looks positive lads.

Weather also looking dry for friday.

Although beagle has been in terrific form, I think Ruan has to come straight in. If Fat nick plays, then we have serious carriers to give us go-forward ball and with Ruan's distribution we'll be in business. The only way Castres will live with us on full tilt is if they slow the ball down. A decent ref and Ruan will boot them off the park.

No it definitely is him. Google is claiming he was once a kiwi.

Fat Nick has to play then

Are you suggesting there's a LIKEABLE and/or NON-RUBBISH version of Spreadbury?

I hear Mrs Spreadbury is quite fit, thus, potentially likeable and I would hope can make a good sandwich
