Ulster v Connacht match off?

When I look at the programme and the Connacht players names I wonder how many NIQ players do they actually have. I realise that they are not limited like the other provinces but is this not becoming unfair to the other provinces.

They have 5, fewer than Ulster

Only one of whom started, and two came off the bench.

At the last count, they have 13, IIRC. Muldowney has gone but Boshoff has joined, I think.
